Hong Rida: plans to establish a holding subsidiary to operate the semiconductor packaging lead frame business.

Hongri announced on November 11th that the company plans to jointly invest with Fujian Tedu Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Hongke Tongchuang Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise to establish Hongke Semiconductor Co., Ltd., to engage in the research and development, design, manufacturing, and sales of semiconductor packaging wire frame. The company will subscribe for a total of 90 million yuan, accounting for 60% of the shares.
