Shanghai Petrochemical: Appoints Lu Zhiyong as General Manager

Shanghai Petrochemical announced on November 11th that, after a qualification examination by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors appointed Lu Zhiyong as the company's general manager.
