Wisdom Financial News APP stated that *ST Huawang (603007.SH) has announced that they recently received a notification letter from shareholder Mr. Wu Qun regarding his intention to reduce his shareholding in Danyang Shunjing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. due to his own funding needs. Mr. Wu plans to sell a total of no more than 6.6456 million shares (0.76% of the total share capital of the company) through centralized bidding and bulk trading within any 90 consecutive days starting from three trading days after the disclosure date of the company's announcement about the reduction plan, i.e. from November 18, 2025 to February 17, 2026.
