The Shanghai Municipal Commerce Commission and 4 other departments have issued the "Shanghai Promotion Plan for the Intelligent Layout of the Catering Industry", aiming to establish a leading and world-class intelligent development hub for the catering industry by the end of 2028. The level of intelligentization will be significantly improved. The penetration rate of intelligentization in group dining, fast food, tea and coffee enterprises will exceed 70%, and the application rate of intelligentization in key links of formal dining enterprises will exceed 50%. Cultivate a group of leading national suppliers of catering intelligent solutions. The industrial basic capabilities will continue to be enhanced. The coverage rate of intelligent supply chain management will exceed 60%, and 3-5 "AI+Catering" integration demonstration pilot scenes with exemplary effects and a batch of intelligent central kitchens will be established. The intelligentization will drive green and low-carbon development significantly. The level of intelligent guidance for healthy consumption and intelligent application of waste disposal will be further improved, with the "clean plate action" becoming a new social trend, and the resource utilization rate of household waste will be maintained at over 85%. Breakthroughs will be achieved in international expansion. Promote a group of catering enterprises to successfully expand overseas markets, and initially establish an intelligent supply chain support system covering major target markets.
