Thailand makes second sunset review final determination on anti-dumping duties against cold-rolled stainless steel from China.

On November 10th, the Thai Anti-dumping and Countervailing Commission issued a notice, making a final affirmative ruling on the second anti-dumping sunset review of cold-rolled stainless steel coils, sheets, and strips originating from China. It was decided to continue maintaining the current tax rates on the involved Chinese products based on the landed price and impose a 5-year anti-dumping duty. The anti-dumping duty for Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. is 8.5%, while the anti-dumping duty for other Chinese manufacturers/exporters is 33.32%. The following manufacturers/exporters are exempt from the duty: Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., Tianjin Taiyuantong Steel Co., Ltd., Guangdong Taigang Stainless Steel Processing and Distribution Co., Ltd., Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Precision Strip Co., Ltd.
