The bidding is divided into two categories: offshore wind projects, other wind projects, and solar projects. The bidding ceiling for the "offshore wind projects" category is 0.391 yuan/kWh, with a bidding floor of 0.3 yuan/kWh; for the "other wind projects and solar projects" category, the bidding ceiling is 0.391 yuan/kWh, with a bidding floor of 0.25 yuan/kWh. New energy generation companies participating in the competitive bidding for incremental projects are required to declare prices based on the principles of seeking truth from facts, taking into account actual project costs, reasonable profits, and other factors.
