According to the Financial Channel APP, billionaire Gautam Adani plans to build a battery storage system worth billions of dollars in the western part of India to support his group's ambitions in renewable energy. According to documents submitted to the stock exchange on Tuesday, the proposed facility will have a storage capacity of 1126 megawatts and will be completed in March 2026, becoming India's largest battery storage facility and one of the largest single storage systems in the world.
