Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and subsequent plenary sessions, focusing on promoting key tasks for advancing new industrialization. We will adhere to the principles of scientific planning, adapting measures to local conditions, leading by standards, and fostering a gradient approach, comprehensively promote the optimization and strengthening of pilot platforms, effectively leverage pilot platforms as key nodes connecting the innovation chain, technology chain, and industrial chain, accelerate the industrialization breakthrough and application of industrial technology innovation achievements, and provide strong support for promoting the deep integration of scientific and industrial innovation and accelerating the advancement of new industrialization. By the end of 2027, the strength of high-level pilot platforms will be further enhanced, a basic system of modern pilot platforms will be established, and a national pilot service network for manufacturing, involving multiple entities, diverse sectors, and multi-level services, will be preliminarily formed.
