On November 11th, the Sichuan Banking Regulatory Bureau website issued a reply, approving Bazhong Rural Commercial Bank Limited by Shares to absorb and merge Nanjiang Nongke Village Bank Co., Ltd. and Pingchang Nongke Village Bank Co., Ltd., and to take over the assets and liabilities of Nanjiang Nongke Village Bank Co., Ltd. and Pingchang Nongke Village Bank Co., Ltd. after the verification of their assets and liabilities. Bazhong Rural Commercial Bank should strictly handle the merger preparation matters in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and urge Nanjiang Nongke Village Bank Co., Ltd. and Pingchang Nongke Village Bank Co., Ltd. to complete dissolution-related matters.
