Coty sues Kering Group and Gucci

Beauty conglomerate Coty is suing Gucci and its parent company French Kering in the UK Commercial Court through its subsidiary. Coty CEO Sue Nabi recently stated at an investor conference that the company will "defend its rights until the last day of the contract."
