Juhua Group and others establish a new materials technology company.

According to the Enterprise Check App, Yuanjia Juhe New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Ma Zhongqin as the legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of synthetic materials, promotion of new material technologies, manufacturing of bio-based materials, 3D printing services, and research and development of bio-based material aggregation technology. The equity penetration revealed by Enterprise Check shows that the company is jointly held by Yuanjia Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Juhe Technology Center Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Juhe Group.
