Buffett declares "curtain call": currently working five days a week, will step down as CEO at the end of the year, and will accelerate donation speed.
On November 10th, local time, Berkshire Hathaway released the annual letter from CEO Buffett to shareholders on its official website. Buffett clearly stated that he will step down as CEO at the end of this year and formally withdraw from the company's day-to-day management. In the letter, Buffett also mentioned that he will accelerate the pace of donating his wealth to his children's foundation. This may be the last statement from the 95-year-old "stock god" as CEO of Berkshire Hathaway.
