According to the QiCC app, recently, Zhongwei Shudian Suan'an Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Wei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: wind power generation technology services; solar power generation technology services; energy storage technology services; Internet of Things technology services; and sales of optical communication equipment. The equity penetration shown by QiCC indicates that the company is jointly held by Runjian Smart Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Runjian Group, and Ningxia Shuan Zhihui Big Data Co., Ltd.
