According to industry insiders, SK Hynix is developing high-bandwidth storage technology that can stack up to 16 DRAM and NAND flash memory modules, and connect them via vertical wire fan-out to increase data processing speed. This is expected to enable future smartphones and tablets to have more powerful AI computing capabilities.
