Guotai Junan Financial applies to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the listing of 3.88 billion Hong Kong dollars zero-coupon secured exchangeable bonds.

On November 10th, Guotai Junan Financial Holdings Ltd. ("Guotai Junan Financial") announced the listing of HK$3,880,000,000 zero-coupon guaranteed exchangeable bonds.
