The Hong Kong Urban Renewal Authority has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to list a $4.4 billion midterm note program.

On November 10, the Urban Renewal Authority (commonly known as the "Hong Kong URA") announced the listing of a 4.4 billion US dollar medium-term note program.
