In a research report, TD Bank stated that preliminary estimates show that Tesla's delivery volume in October may decrease by 23% year-on-year. The report analyzed key markets based on available data from the United States, the European Union, South Korea, and China. Analyst Colin Langan wrote in the report to clients that there has been a significant decline in sales volumes everywhere, not just in the United States, with delivery data showing clear weaknesses. "The expected decline in sales volume entering the fourth quarter may reflect the impact of the end of the Incentive Reduction Act (IRA) on the United States electric vehicle subsidy, as well as intensified competition in overseas markets," the analyst wrote.
