With the U.S. Senate advancing a bill to reopen the government, technology stocks are leading the U.S. stock market higher. The Nasdaq rose by more than 400 points in early trading, up about 2%, with individual stocks like artificial intelligence indicator Nvidia attracting attention after selling off last week. Currently, Nvidia is up 4%, while Tesla is up 2.8%.
