AusAsia Group (02425): Xin Dinghua appointed as chairman of the Nomination Committee.

The Zhitong Financial APP reported that Australia-Asia Group (02425) has announced that the Nomination Committee has made the following changes, effective from November 10, 2025: (a) Mr. Chen Rongnan, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, will no longer serve as Chairman and member of the Nomination Committee; (b) Mr. Xin Dinghua, Independent Non-Executive Director and current member of the Nomination Committee, has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; and (c) Mrs. Gabriella SANTOSA, Non-Executive Director and major shareholder of the company, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
