Wisdom Financial News APP, Jin Yu Group (02009.HK) announced that the board of directors received a letter from the company's union on November 10, 2025 recommending a worker director of Beijing Jin Yu Group Limited. Ms. Hao Liwei no longer serves as a worker director of the company, as well as no longer holding the position of member of the board's Audit and Risk Committee. After leaving the aforementioned positions, Ms. Hao Liwei will continue to serve as the director of the Green Low Carbon Environmental Technology Research Institute at the Beijing Building Materials Science Research Institute Limited under the company.
