Nianjiu Optical announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Chen Xiaoli, originally held 30,196,407 shares of the company, accounting for 10.74% of the total share capital. She originally planned to reduce her holdings by no more than 8,287,132 shares from October 23, 2025 to January 22, 2026. From October 23 to November 10, 2025, Chen Xiaoli reduced her holdings by 2,756,400 shares through centralized bidding trading, accounting for 0.9807% of the total share capital. After this equity change, the total shareholding of the controlling shareholder and its concerted actors decreased from 74,291,271 shares to 71,534,871 shares, accounting for 26.4319% of the total share capital to 25.4512%, without causing a change in controlling rights.
