The Zhitong Finance APP reported that the Suki Group (02350.HK) has announced that Ms. Lai Ho Wan has submitted her resignation as the company secretary. According to the authorization representative under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, this will take effect on November 10, 2025. Mr. Yip Ka Wai will no longer serve as the authorized representative starting from November 10, 2025, and will no longer be the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notifications in Hong Kong according to Section 16 of the Company Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong legislation). After stepping down as the authorized representative, Mr. Yip will continue to serve as a non-executive director and legal process agent.
