Shouqi Hotels announced that they recently received a "Notice Letter" from Ctrip Travel Information Technology Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding more than 10% of the shares. On November 10, 2025, Ctrip Shanghai reduced its holdings by 25.206 million shares through block trades, accounting for 2.26% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, its shareholding ratio decreased from 12.26% to 10.00%, touching the 1% scale and the 5% multiple. This reduction is made by a shareholder holding more than 5% but not the largest shareholder, and will not affect the controlling shareholder, the actual controller, or the company's governance structure and operational management.
