Aier Ophthalmology announced that the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.8 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with a total cash distribution of 7.44 billion yuan, based on a total capital of 9.294 billion shares after deducting the number of shares in the repurchase special account. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be used for increasing the capital stock.
