According to the notification from the Wise Financial APP, China Gas (00384.HK) has announced that Ms. Chen Yingqi has resigned from her positions as the group lawyer, company secretary, agent for accepting legal process documents in Hong Kong (process agent) according to the company's regulations (Hong Kong Cap 622) and authorized representative (authorized representative) according to Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK), effective from November 10, 2025.
