Songyuan Safety announced on November 10th that the company's controlling shareholder, ultimate controlling person, and holding 7.5% shareholder, Nanjing Mingkai Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.7278 million shares through centralized bidding, block trading, or a combination of both.
