ST Kaixin notice, controlling shareholder Ge WenYue, actual controller Ge WenYue, Shao Wei, Liu Feng, Yang Qi, Yang Haopeng and shareholders holding more than 5%, ShenYawei and Ji Xuewen, signed a "Share Transfer Agreement", agreeing to transfer a total of 3.1892 million unrestricted tradable shares held by the company through agreement transfer to Ji Xuewen at a price of RMB 27.85 per share, with a total transfer price of RMB 88.8185 million. After the completion of this agreement transfer, Ji Xuewen will hold 3.1892 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital of the company, becoming a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company.
