Pingmei United: controlling shareholder's concerted action person transferred 2.07 million shares of stock for free.

Pingmei Coal Group announced that China Pingmei Shenma Group Pingdingshan Chaoyuan Mine intends to transfer its 2.0702 million shares of the company held to Pingmei Shenma Group for free. After the transfer is completed, China Pingmei Shenma Group Pingdingshan Chaoyuan Mine will no longer hold shares of the company. This free transfer does not involve the controlling shareholder and concerted action persons increasing or decreasing their holdings of Pingmei Coal shares in the market, and will not result in any changes in the total shareholding ratio and quantity of Pingmei Shenma Group and its concerted action persons.
