(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") completed the issuance of the Technology Innovation Renewable Corporate Bonds (first tranche) for professional investors on December 21, 2022. According to the prospectus of the issuance of the Technology Innovation Renewable Corporate Bonds for professional investors by China Railway Construction Co., Ltd. in 2022 (first tranche), the bonds have a reset period of every 3 interest-bearing years ("resetting period"), and the issuer has the option to renew at the end of each resetting period. The Company has decided not to exercise the renewal option and will fully redeem the bonds.
