Zhitong Finance APP news, Taihe Xiaodai (01915.HK) announced that the board of directors has decided to establish an independent special investigation committee (special committee) to investigate audit matters. The committee will initially consist of all independent non-executive directors, namely Mr. Xie Peiliang (Chairman), Ms. Zhang Lingling, and Mr. Chen Wenjun. The special committee may also appoint other professional consultants to assist in the investigation and provide recommendations on the actions the Group will take.
