The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration have issued guiding opinions on promoting the integration and regulation of new energy. By 2030, a coordinated and efficient multi-level system for integrating and regulating new energy will be basically established, ensuring the smooth grid connection, diverse utilization, and efficient operation of new energy, with the majority of the increase in electricity demand being met by new energy generation. This will meet the reasonable integration demand of over 200 million kilowatts of new energy added annually nationwide, helping to achieve the goal of peaking carbon emissions. By 2035, a new type of power system adapted to a high proportion of new energy will be basically completed, and the system for integrating and regulating new energy will be further improved.
