Zhongbei Communication announced that on November 10, 2025, the company signed a "Comprehensive Computing Power Service Framework Agreement" with Hongxin Electronics, with a total amount of 1 billion RMB and a duration of 60 months after the agreement takes effect. Under the agreement, a subsidiary of Hongxin Electronics will purchase high-performance computing resources and other services from Zhongbei Communication. The company will recognize revenue in the corresponding accounting periods in accordance with performance obligations and revenue recognition principles, and the impact on performance will be based on audit results.
