Li Chunlin: State-owned enterprises, especially central enterprises, should actively open up their core business areas and scenes.
On November 10, Li Chunlin, Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated at the State Council's regular policy briefing that the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Cultivation of Scenarios and Openly Promoting the Large-scale Application of New Scenarios" clearly outlines the main path for product openness, requiring government agencies, public institutions, and state-owned enterprises to strengthen demonstration and guidance. State-owned enterprises, particularly central enterprises, should actively open up their core business scenarios, attract small and medium-sized enterprises and scientific research institutions from the private sector to participate, actively promote participation in cultivation and openness, and form a collaborative innovation ecosystem of various entities for open sharing.
