According to the Qi Cha Cha app, in recent days, Tonghao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes sales of intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles, development of communication signal systems for rail transit, sales of special equipment, key systems, and components for rail transit. Equity penetration information on Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is jointly held by China Tonghao's wholly-owned subsidiary Tonghao Urban Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd. and Metro Design.
