According to the Qichacha APP, Shanghai Jinjin Fu New Materials Co., Ltd. was recently established with Zhang Rui as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes research and development of new materials technology, research and development of electronic special materials, sales of electronic products, sales of graphite and carbon products, and sales of graphene materials, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Jinfu Technology.
