The Tesla Model Y Long Range is equipped with an external power supply function.

On November 10th, Tesla announced that the Model Y Long Range model will have the ability to access external power supply. Starting immediately, users can upgrade their Model Y Long Range vehicles to software version 2025.32.300 or higher, and upgrade their mobile app to version 4.50.5 or higher. After doing so, they can use the special "AC external power adapter" accessory to access external power supply. This feature is currently only available for the Model Y Long Range model. Model Y Long Range vehicles that are being delivered recently will come with the AC external power adapter.
