In most areas of Ukraine, there will be all-day power restrictions implemented on the 10th day.

The Ukrainian national power company announced on the local time of the 9th that due to continued attacks by Russia on energy facilities in Ukraine, most areas in Ukraine will implement all-day power restrictions on November 10th. The company reported that the power restrictions will be in effect from 0:00 to 23:59, and industrial users' power consumption will also be limited during the same time period. The Ukrainian government also called on the public to conserve electricity during times when power is available.
