WeDoctor: Elect Liu Ning as Chairman

Weining Health announced on November 9th that Chairman Zhou Wei has resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors, member of the Nomination Committee, member of the Audit Committee, member of the Compensation and Appraisal Committee, and legal representative of the company due to personal reasons. After resigning from the above positions, Zhou Wei is no longer a director, supervisor, or senior manager of the company, but will continue to serve as a consultant. He will also remain as an executive director of Weining Internet Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Shanghai Weining Software Co., Ltd. The company held its 21st meeting of the sixth board of directors on November 8th and elected one of the company's main founders, Liu Ning, as the Chairman of the sixth board of directors, with a term from the date of approval by the board of directors to the expiration of the sixth board of directors.
