The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will send the largest delegation ever to the National Games.

The Organizing Committee of the 15th National Games held a press conference in Guangzhou on the afternoon of November 8. The press conference introduced that this year's 15th National Games is the largest in scale and has the most host cities of all previous editions. The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region also sent its largest delegation ever to participate, including over 600 athletes, approximately 270 team members and medical personnel, competing in 28 events, along with 23 mass participation events and support staff, totaling over 1800 people, marking a new high for Hong Kong since its participation in the National Games in 1997, nearly four times more than the previous edition. During the entire competition period, it is expected that over 2100 athletes, 1000 delegation officials, and over 800 technical officials, totaling nearly 4000 people, will participate in the Hong Kong competition zone events; there will also be hundreds of media personnel coming to Hong Kong for interviews.
