Overseas Chinese businessmen are optimistic about the opportunities of the closed border and actively planning the layout of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

From November 5th to 7th, the China Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Investment Conference, co-hosted by the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and the Hainan Provincial People's Government, was held in Hainan. More than 800 overseas Chinese entrepreneurs from 104 countries and regions around the world gathered together to discuss cooperation and development. On December 18th of this year, Hainan Free Trade Port will begin full-island customs operations. During the event, many overseas Chinese entrepreneurs expressed optimism about the future development prospects of Hainan and are eager to explore the new opportunities of China's high-level opening up.
