Haohai Biological Technology (06826.HK) intends to acquire the remaining 20% of the equity of Shenzhen Xinchan Eye New Technology Co., Ltd. for 74 million yuan.

Wisdom Investment News APP, Haohai Bio-Technology (06826.HK) announced that on November 7, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Haohai Medical Technology, as the transferee, entered into a supplementary agreement with the transferor Mr. Zhang, Shenzhen Jiusi, and Shenzhen Baina, agreeing to transfer the remaining 20% equity of the target company (Shenzhen Xinchan Industry Ophthalmic New Technology Co., Ltd) to the transferee for a consideration of RMB 74 million. After the completion of the acquisition, this group will hold 100% equity of the target company.
