The Future Group of Elephants (02309.HK) plans to sell approximately 51.72% of its stake in BCL to focus on new energy vehicles and related businesses.

Zhixin Financial News App reports that Future Group (02309.HK) announced that on November 7, 2025 (after trading hours), the company, BCL, and SCL entered into a share purchase agreement, under which the company has agreed to sell and SCL has agreed to purchase approximately 51.72% of the issued share capital of BCL, as well as the rights, ownership, interests, and benefits of the shareholder loans owed by BCL to the company totaling approximately 19.2 million, for a total consideration of approximately 5 million. It is expected that the sale will generate approximately HK$246.2 million in pre-tax income for the company.
