According to the Zhu Tong Finance APP, on November 7th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission announced the "Supplementary Materials Requirements for Overseas Issuance and Listing (November 3, 2025 to November 7, 2025)". The International Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission disclosed the supplementary material requirements for 13 companies, among which, it was mentioned that the requirement for SMIT to supplement information on the specific plan arrangements for the stock split and whether it affects the number of shares to be issued in this offering. According to the disclosure on September 19th by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Smart Information Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as SMIT) submitted an IPO application to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Haitong International, CITIC Securities, and CITIC Securities International as joint sponsors.
