Haidian District spares no effort to create a national-level ecological demonstration zone for data elements.

On November 7, the Beijing Municipal People's Government Information Office held a press conference on the national comprehensive test area of data elements. Officials from the Municipal Administration of Civil Affairs and Data Management, the Municipal Internet Information Office, the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, the Xicheng District Peoples Government, the Haidian District Peoples Government, Beijing State-owned Assets Company, and Beijing Data Group introduced the situation and answered questions from journalists. Yang Hailin, member of the Communist Party Committee and Deputy District Mayor of Haidian District People's Government of Beijing, stated that Haidian District will thoroughly implement the overall deployment of the national reform to accelerate the market-oriented allocation of data elements, earnestly implement the key tasks of "one district, three centers" in Beijing's data work, rely on advantages such as intensive scientific and educational resources, a strong foundation in the digital economy, active industrial ecology, and technological innovation, to vigorously create a national-level data element ecological demonstration zone. They will deepen the integration of data and artificial intelligence applications, promote the leading development of artificial intelligence, and accelerate the transformation of data value mining.
