The Zhongtong Financial APP reports that on November 1, 2025, Shunfeng Holdings (06936) announced that Mr. Liu Jilu, a shareholder and supervisor of the company, plans to transfer up to 7 million A-shares of the company to his son-in-law Mr. Zhao Yingkun through block trading between November 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025. The transfer proportion will not exceed 0.14% of the total share capital of the company. On November 7, 2025, the company received a "Notice Letter" from Supervisor Liu Jilu, stating that the internal transfer plan of A shares between Mr. Liu Jilu and his concerted action person has been completed, with a total transfer of 7 million shares, accounting for 0.14% of the total share capital of the company.
