Announcement of Baichuan Chuangyin: The company held the fourth session of the eighth board of directors meeting on November 7, 2025, and approved the "Proposal on Terminating the Investment Project of Funds Raised and Permanently Supplementing Working Capital." It was agreed to terminate the construction of the "Biogas Comprehensive Utilization Project" raised through the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified parties, and to change the remaining raised funds and any interest generated thereafter into permanent supplement for working capital. As of September 30, 2025, the balance of funds raised was RMB 109 million, with RMB 1.6695 million stored in the raised funds account and RMB 1.07 billion in idle raised funds temporarily supplementing working capital yet to be returned.
