Guocheng Mining: intends to pay 3.168 billion yuan in cash to acquire a 60% stake in Guocheng Industrial.

Guocheng Mining announced that it plans to pay cash of 3.168 billion yuan to purchase 60% equity of Inner Mongolia Guocheng Industrial Co., Ltd. held by Guocheng Holdings Group Co., Ltd. After the completion of this transaction, Guocheng Industrial will become a subsidiary holding company of the listed company.
