Sichuan Road & Bridge (600039.SH) plans to acquire a 628 million yuan asset group of bridge structural components from Xinzhu Corporation.

The Zhitong Finance App reported that Sichuan Road & Bridge (600039.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire 100% equity of Chengdu Xinzhu Traffic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xinzhu Jiaoke) held by the related party Chengdu Xinzhu Road & Bridge Machinery Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xinzhu Shares) in cash payment of 628 million yuan. Additionally, Sichuan Road & Bridge will acquire other assets and liabilities related to bridge functional components of Xinzhu Shares.
