Bank of China: Assisting Barclays Bank in issuing 2 billion yuan panda bonds.

On November 7th, according to China Bank, recently, China Bank as the lead underwriter and bookkeeping manager, assisted Barclays Bank Limited in issuing 2 billion RMB panda bonds in the China interbank market for the first time, with 1 billion RMB in a three-year term and 1 billion RMB in a five-year term, with coupon rates of 1.95% and 2.05% respectively. This issuance is the first panda bond issued by a British issuer.
