Bohai Leasing Announcement: In order to further focus on the development of its main business, optimize the asset structure, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd. transferred its equity in Anhui Jiang Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. held by Anhui Province Transportation Holdings Group Co., Ltd. The transferred equity amounts to approximately 481 million shares and 337 million shares, totaling 818 million shares, accounting for 20.97% of the total shares of Anhui Jiang Financial Leasing. The total transaction consideration is 700 million yuan, with approximately 4.12 billion yuan for 481 million shares and approximately 2.88 billion yuan for 337 million shares. After the completion of the transaction, the company will no longer hold any equity in Anhui Jiang Financial Leasing.
